This allows us to offer premium quality merchandise with minimal waste.

Order Processing Time

• Production time: 2–5 business days

• Orders are fulfilled as soon as the product is printed, quality-checked and packed.

Estimated Delivery Times

• France: 5–10 business days

• Europe: 5–12 business days

• International: 7–20 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and seasonal volume.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping for France, EU and international destinations.

Customs & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs fees depending on your country of residence.
These fees are not controlled by Don Silver and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are made on demand, we do not accept returns for wrong size, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.

However, we will replace any product that arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
